ERIC EGAN "BREAKFAST SESSION" STORIES

Eric Egan's voice was the first heard on Springbok Radio 1 May 1950.
This multi-talented gentleman contributed to South African radio history
in numerous ways as an actor, announcer, presenter, and writer.  However, to many South Africans, he will always be most fondly remembered for his "Breakfast Session" program, during which he routinely shared his delightful stories with young listeners as they readied themselves for the school day ahead, always beginning their morning with his warm and reassuring greeting of "I loooove you."
